‹ 05.02.11 › As our school year winds down, the Board of Directors wishes to announce some important leadership changes for the 2011/2012 school year:
After twelve years of teaching the children of St. Andrew’s Nursery School and five years leading the school as Director, Pam Kirk will be resigning at the end of May to go back to school next year. The Board of Directors is extremely grateful for all of Ms. Kirk’s years of dedication to the school during which she has strived to nurture the children of St. Andrew’s and make their introduction to a life of learning one that is both reassuring and exciting.
To fill the position of Director beginning in 2011/2012, the Board of Directors has selected Lindsay Vogel (pictured at left with her 2009/2010 Fives/Kindergarten class). Mrs. Vogel has been with St. Andrew’s since 2008, first as a teacher in the Threes and Fours Classes and most recently as the Kindergarten/Fives teacher where she has developed a nurturing learning environment and strong curriculum.
To fill the position of teacher for the Kindergarten/Fives classes, we want to welcome back a familiar face to many of you, our own former Fives and Kindergarten Enrichment teacher Susan Condee. Mrs. Condee is excited to return to St. Andrew's and the Fives Classroom and to continue the work Mrs. Vogel began with the Kindergarten Classroom.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any member of the Board of Directors. We look forward to an exciting school year for your children and ours in 2011/12. Please direct all enrollment inquiries to our President, Kim Law, at president@standrews-nurseryschool.com.
